Meet the Team

Hello! My name is Silas Joy and I’m from Acton, Maine. At WPI, I’m currently pursuing my bachelor's and master's in computer science. I joined this project to learn more about how climate change is affecting rural areas, and the unique practices they employ to mitigate it.

Hello! My name is Sam. I am from Calgary, Alberta, Canada, pursuing a bachelor’s and master’s in mechanical engineering at WPI. I am very passionate about design and manufacturing, as well as hiking adventures and sports. I was grateful to contribute to this project as I believe that climate change is a real problem and that investigating it is important for our future.

Hi, my name is Aditi Kulkarni, and I am from San Jose, California. I am studying biomedical engineering and mechanical engineering, with a minor in gender, sexuality, and women’s studies. I enjoyed doing this project because I am passionate about climate change and spreading awareness about it. 

Hello! My name is Srivatsan Mukunthraj and I’m from Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. I’m currently pursuing my bachelor's in electrical and computer engineering, with a focus in digital signal processing. I joined this project to learn about how climate change has impacts even in the most remote regions of the world, and to also explore a new part of India I’ve never been to!
